The Batman is a 2022 American superhero film based on the DC Comics character Batman. The film was directed by Matt Reeves, who wrote the screenplay with Peter Craig. It stars Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne / Batman alongside Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell. The film is essentially the latest reboot of the Batman franchise.
Peacemaker S01E04 is the fourth episode of an American superhero comedy drama streaming television series created by James Gunn for the streaming service HBO Max, based on the DC Comics character Peacemaker. It is the first DC Extended Universe (DCEU) television series, a spin-off from the 2021 film The Suicide Squad.
Titans S03E01 – S03E03 are the first three episodes of the third season of the superhero drama series streaming on HBO Max featuring the DC Comics superteam. The first two seasons were streamed on the now defunct DC Universe online platform, which is now focused only on comic books, with the movies and TV series being transferred over to HBO Max. It is highly unlikely that we will want to analyse the rest of Season 3, after the rather abysmal third episode in particular. Our analysis of this dismal failure follows.

Background Not the sequel to Man of Steel (2013) but according to director Zack Snyder (300, Watchmen), the outright launch of the DC Cinematic Universe (DCU) with the first appearance of Batman (Ben Affleck), Superman (Henry Cavill) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) together in the same movie. Key question is whether the movie itself can justify the slew of DCU films coming up in the pipeline, and in particular, Justice League (2017).
