SUPERGIRL 116

A strong episode with Red Kryptonite used as an effective plot device. Supergirl turns evil and nobody is safe.

In order to save Alex from Supergirl, J’onn J’onzz has to to reveal his true identity.

Loads of emotional moments which made for great drama.

AGENTS OF SHIELD 312

The introduction of Hive (not to be confused with DC’s H.I.V.E. over at Arrow) entity has given this series real stakes in the SHIELD vs HYDRA conflict.

Other than that, the series is still struggling with convincing us that SHIELD is anything but an organisation of buffoons with Coulson the biggest one. The Inhumans component continues to grate but given the mutant issue, that may be out of Marvel’s hands.
