Urban Milwaukee says members can claim free tickets to Present Music, the local contemporary classical ensemble, through a members-only offering highlighted on the site Members Only: Get Free Tickets to Present Music.
Urban Milwaukee lists the Present Music ticket offer in its members-only promotions, saying members can access limited free tickets while supplies last, the headline and page index indicate.
Present Music sells subscriptions and single tickets for its season; its subscriptions page notes package options and savings for the season, providing context on how the organization sells entry to concerts.
Urban Milwaukee’s members program has repeatedly included free-ticket perks to local shows; a past Urban Milwaukee members-only post explaining similar offers instructs members to reserve a discount code on the site and then use that code with the presenting organization to claim free tickets.
How to claim: according to Urban Milwaukee’s members-only posts about previous giveaways, members typically must log in, reserve a limited discount code on the member product page, and follow the email instructions to redeem the free ticket code with the presenting organization.
That members-only mechanic has been used for tickets to local theater and festival partners; Present Music’s own site explains that it offers subscription and ticketing options for its season, which members would use the code against when reserving seats.
Why it matters: the Urban Milwaukee members-only perk can lower the cost of seeing contemporary classical work in Milwaukee and funnels members to local presenters like Present Music, which promotes its season and subscription packages to the community.
