Entitled “Warr Acres”, Tulsa King Season 1 Ep 7 does an excellent job in moving all the jigsaw pieces into place to create tension and conflict in the various relationships as we head into the final three chapters of the season. At the eye of the storm stands our protagonist Dwight Manfredi and as always he is playing it cool despite the alarm bells ringing!
The first event of Tulsa King Season 1 Ep 7 deeply impacts ATF agent Stacey’s plan to take down Waltrip and the Black MacAdam biker gang. Carson Pike is killed when he attacks the Bred 2 Buck bar and his girlfriend – ATF informant – is pressured by Stacey to obtain vital information but Waltrip catches her in the act and murders her! That’s Stacey’s line to Waltrip up in smoke!
Over in New York, Chickie tires of his father Pete and murders him to take over as boss of the gang. Naturally, this impacts Dwight greatly, as Pete was always defending Dwight from Chickie. Pete’s death will mean that Chickie now has free pass to go after Dwight. Already, Chickie has been harassing Dwight’s daughter which only complicates the situation somewhat.
So, Dwight has both Chickie and Waltrip on his case now, and with Stacey unlikely to intervene, Dwight would require all his wits about him to get out of this bad scenario! High tension equals to maximum engagement. Well written! Recommended!!
