Tulsa King Part 3

Entitled “Caprice”, Tulsa King Part 3 is an engaging instalment in the misadventures of Dwight Manfredi as he attempts to establish himself in Tulsa. The episode however opens with Stacy and the ATF confronting a bad guy as they lay siege to his well-fortified homestead. What this has to do with Dwight remains to be seen. Suffice to say the bad guy never makes it out alive as he blows himself up!

Dwight has other things on his mind in Tulsa King Part 3 viz. passing a driving test to obtain a license thereby allowing him to open a bank account. During the test, Dwight is attacked by a man in a ski mask but he escapes the murder attempt. Dwight spends most of the rest of the episode investigating the incident. Eventually, this leads Dwight to Armand but how that was achieved is not quite so clear.

Tulsa King Part 3

Tulsa King Part 3 makes it abundantly clear that this series is an old school styled crime drama. No woke agenda whatsoever going on here. The hero is an old white male behaving like the original gangsters we loved in mafia films, and he even has a spicy 50 year old (i.e. ATF agent Stacy) who obviously has the hots for him – despite her protestations! It’s kinda hokey but really engaging! Recommended!!
