Canberra / Sydney outfit Spartak has launched their brand new record Five Points, out now on the esteemed Sydney label Feral Media. DUNCE. and The Lithe Paralogue, are hosting their album launch in Singapore, this coming Saturday, 12th July, at 7pm.
Spartak will be supported by 3 well-loved local acts, comprising of both veteran and up-and-coming artists:
No strangers to the Singaporean arts scene, a/b is a duo comprising Bani Haykal (drums / vocals) and Adam Adhiyatma (electric guitar / alto clarinet). They will be joined by Ila, possibly the only artist in Singapore who does live analog visuals on an old-school OHP.
Intriguant (with live band)
Louis Quek, better known as Intriguant, is the latest offering from audio-visual collective and record label SYNDICATE. His debut release Ellipse is already finding acclaim and a global audience, with hype seen in places as far as Israel, Slovakia and a feature on The Fader. Intriguant melds downtempo music and fragile beats with minimalist undertones, creating a live experience which is nostalgic, ethereal, and almost spiritual. For this event, Intriguant has incorporated a live band for a new aural experience and a very special performance.
