Entitled “Person In Your Ear”, Rabbit Hole Ep 4 has Weir finally take his new team into the field, so to speak. Thus, Hailey, Homm and even Dr. Wilson undertake a mission to obtain more information about antagonist Crowley’s plans. The target is Elliot Gao, a middleman who facilitates Crowley’s money laundering operations and the plan is for Hailey to pose as FBI agent Madi to interrogate Gao, in order to smoke out Crowley, and helpfully gain valuable information.
Rabbit Hole Ep 4 shows us that Weir and his team are somewhat behind Crowley’s machinations though they manage to eke out a few key corporate names for further investigation. Critically, Dr Wilson’s cover is blown as Crowley discovers that he is very much alive and the team run for their lives. The twist at the end being that Weir’s original team of operatives thought dead are actually still alive. Hmmmm.
Overall, a decent enough episode. Hailey is eye candy for the male gaze – the rose amongst the unappealing older men, who of course, seem to fail with every attempt to solve their particular dilemma. No closer to discovering what the hell is actually going on though. Improvement needed!
