The schedule for the Music Matters Festival is out! The lineup includes Singapore electro-pop sensation Linying (above) and Thai indie pop wonders My Life as Ali Thomas (below).
Unlike previous editions, Clarke Quay is no longer the festival venue. Instead, a bunch of Timbre Music venues, together with Millian and kyō clubs will be hosting the bands/artists over the four-day duration.
Also, it appears that there are less gigs overall but that might be a better move as music lovers will not need to scramble too much to discover new acts and can instead focus their attention on the bands/artists they want to check out.
Recommended: Music Matters Opening Night Party (Millian 12/9), Aussie BBQ (Millian 13/9), My Life as Ali Thomas (Barber Shop, 13/9), The Souls (Timbre @ The Substation, 13/9), Garden City Movement (Barber Shop, 14/9), Rag N’ Bone (Timbre @ The Substation, 14/9), Made in Singapore (Millian, 15/9).
