Moscow (a.k.a. Russian songstress Elizaveta Tursunova) wants to ‘make rock sexy again’.
Certainly, one viewing of her music video for “Queen of Sin” (off the EP of the same name) will no doubt proved convincing that she is dead serious about that offering.
Having travelled to and lived in London, Paris, New York and Los Angeles, to further her musical career, it’s clear that Moscow possesses a passionate obsession about making it in the music world.
“In popular music, I believe it’s time to look back to our roots – the richness of Muddy Waters, the theatricality of Alice Cooper, the romanticized excess of Motley Crue – and combine what we learn from them with a 21st century outlook,” Moscow declares, with “Queen of Sin” the opening shot of a five track statement of intent that will win over fans of post-hardcore, nu-metal, alternative rock.
… still there’s more …
